I hereby (hereinafter referred to as the Person) give my consent to “Vectero” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) to process my personal data specified when placing an application on the Company’s website for processing my order, application or any other way of contacting the company (hereinafter Order ), and communication with me as part of the processing of my Order, as well as other related goals within the framework of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the technical capacity of the Company.

The processing of personal data of the Person can be carried out using automation tools and / or without using automation tools in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the provisions of the Company. This website vectero.ru allows the Company to receive information that contains the personal data of the Person, namely the last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, as well as other personal data that can be used to identify the Person (“Your personal data”) if the Person voluntarily provides it to the company.

The Person gives the Company’s consent to the processing of his / her personal data, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, as well as all personal data that are necessary to contact the Person and conclude an agreement for the provision of information services.

In order to fulfil obligations under the contract, the Person grants the Company the right to carry out any actions (operations) with his / her personal data without limitation: collection, recording, accounting, systematization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, accumulation, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction; use for statistical purposes, for analysis purposes, in order to inform the Person (via SMS or e-mail) about the products and services of the Company, provide personalized advertising to Persons, as well as take any other actions taking into account the existing legislation.

The company’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is developed in order to ensure the implementation of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of processing personal data of Users (subjects of personal data).

4.3. To exercise their rights and protect legitimate interests, the subject of personal data has the right to contact the Company. The company considers appeals and complaints from the subjects of personal data, takes all necessary measures to immediately eliminate any violations of the rights of subjects of personal data, prosecute the perpetrators and settle disputes and conflict situations out of court.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

The company receives information about the ip-address of the website visitor. The company doesn’t use this information to identify the visitor.

The Company has the right to record telephone conversations with the User / Buyer. At the same time, the Company undertakes: to prevent attempts of unauthorized access to information obtained during telephone conversations and / or its transfer to third parties not directly related to the execution of Orders, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. 16 of the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”.

6. MEASURES FOR PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA

6.1. When processing personal data, the company takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, including legislation on personal data.
